What pros ask before signing up
How fast can I actually pick up cabinets?
It depends on your tier and on stock. Gold accounts pick up in-stock styles the next business day, Silver in 1–2 and Bronze in 2–3 business days, counted from PO and payment (orders in by 11am count that day). Special-order styles and assembled cabinets take longer — we confirm your pickup date on the PO confirmation.
Do you do RTA (ready-to-assemble) for flippers?
Yes. Every in-stock style is available as RTA at a lower price point — perfect for flips and rental refreshes where assembly labor is cheap.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
Yes — Silver and Gold tier accounts can apply for net-30. We'll request a basic credit check and trade references on approval.
Can I order cabinets, countertops, and flooring on one PO?
Yes. One PO can cover cabinets, quartz/granite slabs, LVP/hardwood flooring, and hardware — across multiple addresses if needed.
What if a client calls back after the install?
Our 3-year workmanship warranty covers our installation work; product defects go through the manufacturer warranty and we file the claim for you. Client calls us directly — we don't pull you back into a finished job.

We deliver across greater San Antonio and into Austin, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Boerne, and most South/Central Texas. Builder accounts can schedule deliveries tied to project timelines.
