Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work once a return has been approved under our Return Policy. Please review both together.
Restocking fee
Approved returns of eligible in-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, re-packaging, and restocking.
Return transportation
You are responsible for getting the item back to us in its original condition. If you ship a return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid with Affirm financing, your refund is applied to your Affirm loan in accordance with Affirm's terms.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange at no extra charge — see the damaged-item section of our Return Policy.
Non-refundable items
- Assembled cabinets.
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items.
- Custom-cut or templated countertops.
- Installed products (covered by our workmanship warranty).
- Clearance and final-sale items.
- Non-refundable deposits on custom or special orders once production has begun.
