Why we don't ship flat-pack
RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets are easy to ship but hard to align. Misaligned cam-lock boxes lead to gaps, sagging shelves, and doors that never close right. Every cabinet we sell is glued, screwed, and squared in our shop before it leaves.
What's included in every cabinet
Box assembled with glue + screws (not just cam-locks), full-overlay door alignment, soft-close hinges installed, dovetail drawers fitted and gliding, adjustable shelves clipped in, and a quality-check pass before delivery.
Better build, faster install
Pre-assembled cabinets cut on-site install time roughly in half compared to flat-pack — most kitchens install in 1–2 days. You skip the weekend project and the inevitable missing-hardware run to the store.
